How to use it

  1. Add CSV files in the order you want their rows combined.
  2. Review each delimiter, encoding and missing or similarly named columns.
  3. Keep formula protection enabled, then download the checked CSV.

Example: one fictional table uses ID, Name and Amount; another uses Name, ID and Note. The output aligns IDs and adds the absent cells.

10 files, 2 MiB each / 5 MiB total. 5,000 data rows, 100 columns, 100,000 cells including headers; 32,767 characters per cell. CSV output up to 5 MiB. Unique non-empty headers required.

Will repeated records or differently spelled column names be combined?

No. Duplicate records stay, and header names must match exactly. Rename a source column deliberately if it should match another. Spreadsheet imports should treat identifiers as text.

Match columns before stacking tables

Exports from different teams can contain the same columns in a different order. Matching their positions would put a name under an ID heading. This merger instead matches exact header text and fills absent columns with empty cells. It keeps every input row, including duplicates. Similar names such as “ID” and “id” remain separate and are flagged; no spelling is guessed. Review the detected delimiters, encodings and the combined preview before export. Broken quotes and uneven rows are rejected so trailing data cannot disappear unnoticed.
