Separate paid receipt package

The existing free tools and their exports remain free. The separate receipt package combines several PDFs in one workflow at a base price of CHF 9.90, once per source package. The product page may show a converted price using a dated reference rate. The reserved order states the binding amount, currency and validity before payment; existing purchases retain their original price. Previewing your documents is free; a verified account is needed for purchase recovery. Review the selected sources, currency, limits and local export check before ordering. The binding order is placed with Stripe's payment button after the order overview. Confirmed payment starts seven days of corrections and repeat exports of the same source files; renaming or reordering identical sources does not require another purchase. Additional sources form a different package. The exact access expiry is displayed, and downloaded files remain usable afterwards.

Supported billing regions: Switzerland and United States (only Florida). Other regions are not supported. Your location and displayed currency do not extend this scope.

Recognition yields suggestions, not certified values. Check the originals yourself; a draft does not become an accounting or tax certification through payment. Restore missing access from your verified account and do not pay twice. If the paid result cannot be delivered or used as offered, contact support for recovery or a refund review. Digital delivery does not exclude legitimate refund claims. The product page describes the current tested limits and complete scope.

Separate invoice converter purchases

The invoice converter has free local functions and separate, expressly ordered conversion packages and subscriptions. Its paid offers require an existing verified account and a verified business customer in Germany. The general descriptions of free tools and optional accounts below concern the free functions; they do not describe these separate purchases.

Before a purchase, the converter displays the applicable performance and purchase terms (current version: 2026-10-17.1), the price, credit rules, service period and cancellation conditions. Review the order in Stripe Checkout; the final payment button submits the binding order. Confirmed payment and activation of the credit accept the order, followed by an electronic purchase confirmation. Saved terms remain available with the purchase in your account. A newer version does not retrospectively change an existing purchase.

Available offers, scope and the separate processing agreement are described in the invoice converter. The current offer is restricted to verified German business use. Prices are amounts payable to the Swiss provider; the recipient may owe German VAT under reverse charge. This is explained in the purchase terms and Checkout. Legitimate refund claims remain unaffected.

The service

Vitali Web Tools provides free browser-based utilities that can be used without an account. Separate paid services state their prices and account requirements before purchase. Each tool explains its supported formats, assumptions and processing limits.

Your inputs and results

You remain responsible for choosing inputs, having permission to process the files you use, and checking whether a result meets your needs. Keep original files when a transformation can change quality, formatting or document behavior. The service does not claim ownership of your inputs or generated results.

Calculations and file limits

Calculations are general tools for exploration. Financial projections depend on the assumptions you enter and are not guaranteed returns or personalized financial advice. Date and unit tools follow their stated conventions. Verify results before relying on them for a consequential decision.

Image and media processing can change quality, transparency, metadata or file size. PDF changes can invalidate signatures and remove forms or interactive features. Merging or compressing a PDF does not redact confidential content; use the dedicated redaction tool and review every page when redaction is needed. OCR and speech recognition can misread words, numbers and times. Check previews, corrected text and exported files before replacing or distributing an original.

Reasonable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security, overload its infrastructure or bypass its processing limits. Those limits protect browser responsiveness and website availability.

Accounts and contact

An optional account uses the existing Vitali identity service. Protect your credentials. Password changes affect the shared identity; signing out here ends this website’s session. Every published tool remains available without registering.

While signed in, your account synchronizes tool IDs, favorite selections and the times you last used tools between your devices. It does not synchronize files, file names, inputs, results or saved tool settings. Your interface language remains a browser preference and does not update your shared profile.

The contact form sends your message through the email service described in the privacy notice. Do not submit abusive automated messages or information you are not entitled to share. A sending confirmation records provider acceptance, not guaranteed delivery or a response deadline.

Availability and responsibility

The operator aims to provide correct and reliable utilities but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file or browser, or suitability for every purpose. Report reproducible problems through the contact page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or responsibility for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
