Details & limits
Up to 25 MiB and 100 pages; 60 seconds. Encrypted/signed PDFs, XFA, attachments, active actions and unsupported image encodings are rejected. No PDF/A or accessibility certification. A new document is assembled with the existing page organizer. Form appearances become fixed content; supported links/bookmarks are remapped. Other annotations, page labels, metadata and structure tags are omitted after explicit review when document features are detected. At least one page must remain. Not secure redaction.
How is this different from splitting a PDF?
Extraction creates one PDF from selected pages. Split PDF can produce separate files; the page organizer additionally supports rearranging, duplicating and combining pages from several sources. Physical page numbers may differ from printed labels.
