Inspect public HTTP response status, selected DNS records and TLS certificate checks from the website's server.
Check a public website's HTTP redirects, verified TLS connection and selected DNS records. This is a server-side snapshot, using HTTP HEAD requests.
How to use it
- Enter a public HTTP or HTTPS address without login details or query parameters.
- Optionally enter a known DKIM selector; selectors are not guessed.
- Start the server-side check and review each redirect, HTTP status, TLS result and DNS observation.
- Distinguish partial or blocked results from successful checks. Review the support snapshot before copying it.
A public HTTPS endpoint may return HTTP 405 to a HEAD request while its page works with GET. This check reports that response; it does not load the page body or execute its scripts.
Details & limits
Public HTTP/HTTPS on ports 80/443 only. No credentials, query strings, fragments or private addresses. HEAD requests, up to five redirects and twelve seconds total. DNS observations are bounded; no full mail-policy, malware or uptime audit.
Does a successful result mean the website is safe or email authentication is correct?
It reports the bounded observations made from this server at that time. Certificate verification does not establish the site's trustworthiness. SPF, DMARC and optional DKIM records are observations, not a complete policy or deliverability validation. Your device's DNS, network and browser can behave differently.
