Confirm the final option
The organiser can choose 16 June at 18:00 after checking the required participants and minimum yes count.
Changing an option's time needs fresh answers. Downloading its calendar file does not send invitations.
Illustrative example. Fictional poll. Shared answers are stored by the collaboration service; this is not a local-only tool.
How to use it
- Choose specific dates or slots in a dated week. Review the event time zone.
- Keep your private organiser link and share only the participant link.
- Review yes, maybe and missing responses. Confirm the final option before downloading its calendar entry.
A dinner poll with four evening options.
Details & limits
100 participants and 40 options. A shared poll requires the configured collaboration service. Calendar downloads do not send invitations or update calendars automatically.
Does the most popular time become the meeting automatically?
No. The organiser makes the final decision. Maybe is separate from yes, and unanswered is separate from no. Changing an option’s time requires new responses for that option.
