A visual example
Two documents, one page order
Example: put a two-page letter before a three-page attachment.
- A1A2
Letter first
Document A contributes its two pages in order.
- B1B2B3
Attachment second
Document B follows after the letter.
- A1A2B1B2B3
Five pages together
Keeping every page gives this sequence in the combined PDF.
Arrange the source files first, then check the included pages before creating the PDF.
Illustrative example. Removing a page changes the count. Encrypted PDFs, forms and signature fields are unsupported; keep the originals.

How to use it
- Drop or select two or more PDFs. Files are inspected locally before editing.
- Use Move up and Move down to set document order, then review the page previews.
- Rotate individual pages clockwise in 90° steps, flip them horizontally or vertically, or remove unwanted pages. Restore removed pages if needed.
- Check the included pages and create the combined PDF. Download the checked result and keep your originals.
A 2-page file followed by a 3-page file starts with 5 pages. Remove one page and rotate a sideways page to export 4 pages in the chosen file order.
Details & limits
2–10 PDFs, 20 MiB combined and 200 pages. Encrypted PDFs, forms and signature fields are rejected.
Are forms, signatures and security features preserved?
Documents with encryption, form fields or signature fields are rejected. Pages with links, comments or other annotations cannot be flipped. Output is a new PDF; digital signatures cannot remain valid after document modification. This is not a PDF security-cleaning service. Bookmarks, attachments and document-level features are not guaranteed to survive.
Prepare a PDF someone can follow
A useful combined document has a deliberate reading order. Decide what the recipient needs first, then use the page previews to check the handover between files. The first filename alone does not tell you whether the pages inside are correct.
A letter followed by supporting pages
Combine a one-page letter with a two-page certificate to produce three pages: the letter, then both certificate pages. If a cover or blank page is unnecessary, remove that specific page and check the new total. Keep page labels in mind: a printed ‘page 1’ inside an attachment is not the first page of the combined file.
Portrait text and a landscape table
Mixed page sizes can remain in one PDF. Rotate a sideways page only when its text needs turning; rotation does not standardize paper size. Flipping reflects the page, including its letters, so it is unsuitable for ordinary sideways text. Check wide tables at a readable zoom instead of assuming a small preview proves legibility.
Check your result
- Open the downloaded PDF and inspect the first page, each file boundary and the final page against the originals.
- Confirm the total matches the pages you kept, and check rotated headings, table edges and page numbers.
- Try any links you need in the downloaded file. A successful merge does not certify every document-level feature.
If something looks wrong
A form or signed document is refused
Keep the original for its form or signature function. If a plain viewing copy is appropriate, obtain one from the source application; merging is not a way to preserve a signature or unlock protected content.
A page cannot be flipped
Links, comments or other annotations can prevent mirroring. If the problem is orientation, try rotation instead. Do not remove useful annotations merely to force a flip.
