Confirmed amounts determine the page order
Example: three pages have amounts you have checked against the source.
Original order Source page Amount 1 125.50 2 20.00 3 87.00 Original order
Each amount remains linked to its original page.
Ascending order Source page Amount 2 20.00 3 87.00 1 125.50 Ascending order
Sorting the confirmed amounts puts page 2 first, followed by 3 and 1.
Confirm or correct the amount on each page before reviewing the final sequence.
Illustrative example. The amounts shown use one currency. Recognition can misread amounts or select the wrong total. Pages without an amount need an explicit appendix decision; new numbering follows the output order.
How to use it
- Select a PDF, optionally choose a currency label and choose automatic recognition, an amount region or manual entry.
- Check each amount against the source preview. Correct values, confirm them or mark a page as having no amount.
- Choose the sort direction and numbering. Explicitly confirm pages without amounts for the appendix and review the final order.
- Export the sorted PDF, numbered individual pages, ZIP or CSV overview. Open the result before using it.
After confirming 125.50, 20.00 and 87.00, ascending order is 20.00 → 87.00 → 125.50. Page numbers follow the chosen output order.
Details & limits
One PDF, up to 60 MiB / 100 pages. Local text/OCR recognition requires manual review, especially handwriting. No currency conversion. Original files remain unchanged.
Can I trust every recognized amount?
No. OCR and handwriting suggestions can be wrong. Inspect the selected Total region and correct or confirm every page. Recognition models are downloaded from this website only when started; documents stay in your browser. Page copies retain the source page content, but document-level features and signatures are not guaranteed to survive export. Keep the original.
