How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF or use the synthetic form example.
  2. Enter your portal’s actual size, page-count and dimension limits; the starting values are only editable examples.
  3. Run the checks and inspect each finding, its scope and the first-page preview.
  4. Export the technical report, or explicitly confirm supported form flattening and inspect the newly checked copy.

The example contains one editable field with Example 0012. A 100-byte target fails the size check while the document remains readable. Flattening produces one page with no editable form fields.

Details & limits

One PDF up to 25 MiB / 100 pages. Sequential bounded rendering. Encrypted files and XFA flattening unsupported. Checks are not portal acceptance, antivirus, signature validity, PDF/A or PDF/UA certification. Embedded images: unfiltered/Flate pixels or checked JPEG, up to 8,192 px per side. Inline images, JPEG 2000, JBIG2, CCITT and unusual JPEG variants are unsupported.

Will a checked PDF definitely upload successfully?

No. Your portal may enforce rules this tool does not check. The report distinguishes observations, warnings, failed checks and unknown criteria. Signature markers do not establish cryptographic validity. Flattening changes existing form appearances into page content, does not sanitize other PDF features and does not preserve signatures. Keep the original.
