A visual example
Keep the edges or fill the frame
- Whole photoOriginal edges remain visible.
Show whole photo
All of the original visible picture fits; unused space may remain around it.
- Filled frameCheck faces and details near the edges.
Fill the cell
The photo fills its grid cell; edges are cropped where necessary.
Choose framing deliberately, then check the complete collage before download.
Illustrative example. Synthetic framing illustration. The original photos remain unchanged; PNG/JPEG output has no editable layers.
How to use it
- Select up to twelve photos or try the sample images.
- Choose layout, columns, spacing and whether to show complete photos or fill each cell. Reorder the images and check the preview.
- Choose PNG or JPEG and download the newly rendered collage.
Example: Arrange four holiday photos in a two-column square grid. Show whole photos to retain their edges, or fill cells to create equally filled frames.
Details & limits
Up to 12 still PNG, JPEG or WebP images; 10 MiB and 20 MP per image, 40 MiB and 32 MP combined. Square output 1800 × 1800; landscape 1800 × 1200 or portrait 1200 × 1800 pixels. No editable layers.
Does filling a cell crop my original photo?
Only the collage is cropped. Your original file stays unchanged. The whole-photo option preserves the complete visible image with space around it where necessary. Filling a cell crops its edges to fit. The exported collage is a new raster image without the originals’ EXIF metadata.
