QR Code Generator
Create a single static QR code or turn a spreadsheet into PNG codes and print labels.
Read the practical guide and worked example
How to use it
- Choose a single code or Table → QR labels.
- Enter text, or load CSV/XLSX and review the selected content, label and filename columns.
- Edit values as needed, set physical label dimensions, and generate.
- Download PNG/ZIP or PDF and scan a printed sample with the intended reader.
The sample encodes Unicode, an embedded line break and 000042 exactly; duplicate suggested filenames receive distinct safe basenames.
Details & limits
Single text or CSV/XLSX up to 5 MiB and 100 data rows. Up to 1,000 UTF-8 bytes per code. Four-module quiet zone, medium error correction. Static PNG/ZIP and physical PDF labels; no tracking redirect.
Will these codes expire?
Static codes contain your exact text without a service-controlled expiry. A linked website may still change or disappear. Preserve the white quiet zone and a sufficiently large printed module size. PDF labels currently support Latin/Western European lettering; QR payloads support Unicode.
