    Total with entered tax

The example uses a manually entered 10% rate.

Check scope, validity and terms as well as the arithmetic.

Illustrative example. Synthetic numeric example. Not current data from your business.

How to use it

  1. 1Enter seller, customer, reference, issue date and validity. Choose a currency.
  2. 2Add the offered goods or services with quantities, unit prices and any applicable tax rate.
  3. 3Review the totals and terms, then download the PDF or CSV. Save an editable draft if you will reuse it.

Example: 3 hours at 80.00 plus 2 items at 25.00 give 290.00 before any entered tax. A rate of 10% gives 29.00 tax and 319.00 total.

Details & limits

Up to 50 line items, one currency per quote. Tax rates are entered manually. No electronic acceptance or legal review.

Does this create an accepted contract or an invoice?

It creates a quotation document from your entries. It does not send the offer, record acceptance or produce a structured e-invoice. You decide the scope, validity and terms and check their suitability. Changing the currency label does not convert amounts.

A clear offer before work starts

Separate the offered scope from assumptions and optional work. A validity date makes it easier to see which version a customer is reviewing. Reuse a local draft for the next offer, checking quantities and prices before export. The document is prepared locally and is not sent or accepted by the tool.
