How to use it
- Enter sender, recipient, delivery date and the relevant order reference.
- List the items and quantities actually being delivered. Add notes about partial deliveries where needed.
- Review the delivery note and export it. Keep an editable copy for later corrections.
Example: an order for 12 units can have a delivery note for the 8 units shipped today. State the remaining 4 in a note; the tool does not track them automatically.

Does a delivery note prove payment or receipt?
No. This document lists the dispatch you entered and omits invoice prices. It does not track a shipment or collect a recipient signature. A typed name is not a verified signature. Use your normal delivery and acceptance process to record what actually arrived.
