Your receipts. Organised and ready to hand over.

1. Choose your PDFs. Keep the originals. Add or remove files before purchase; preview them without an account. Try the fictional finished sample first if you want to see the result.
2. Keep the right pages together. One receipt per page is the default. Explicitly attach continuation pages to their receipt or treat a whole file as one receipt. Only that receipt's total enters the list once; attachments are not zero-value receipts.
3. Check the original. Read the suggested amount and currency, correct them and consciously confirm each receipt. Recognition can fail; handwriting is not reliably supported. An unknown amount stays open and an incomplete package is a draft.
4. Prepare, buy and hand over. Choose sorting and a clear numbering position. The full output is generated and checked locally before Checkout. After confirmed payment, download the ZIP and unpack it: overview, Excel list, combined PDF and receipt files match. Keep your originals and save a workspace if you want to continue later.

The purchase covers the PDFs selected before payment. For seven days after confirmed payment you can correct amounts and page groups, complete checks, change sorting and numbering, and export again. The exact date is shown in your workspace. Already downloaded files remain usable afterwards. Extra source documents form a new package; renaming or reselecting the same originals does not require another payment.

Supported US billing states: Florida. Other states and territories are not currently supported.

The base price is CHF 9.90. Choose CHF or USD explicitly, or keep the price suggested by your location. A current ECB reference rate converts the CHF base into USD. If the selected currency is unavailable, new offers are blocked until a price is available or you explicitly choose CHF. Location is approximate and does not determine billing eligibility. The reserved order shows the binding currency, total and validity before you approve Checkout; an existing order keeps its original price even after a location or rate change. Selecting USD, GBP or another receipt currency only labels your document amounts. Your card issuer may charge its own conversion fees if your card uses another currency.

Our price calculation uses publicly available ECB reference exchange rates. The calculated price is not a guaranteed bank or card exchange rate.

A browser-capable AI assistant can help you preview documents and use the normal purchase page with your permission. Sign in yourself and review the sources and price before approving payment. The optional MCP connector can read the public offer and recovery instructions. Purchases still need your approval in the browser; autonomous payments and access to your wallet are not enabled.

Your assistant can read the current offer, supported billing regions, package limits and purchase-recovery instructions directly. It cannot read your purchases, upload documents or make payments.

The connector shows the CHF 9.90 base price, not a location inferred from the assistant’s server. Check the converted price and exact quote in your own browser. PDFs stay in the local workspace; do not attach them to the conversation for this connector. Public requests still pass through your chosen assistant provider and our hosting provider.

This is a user-installed connector, not a marketplace listing or a certified ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini payment integration. Availability depends on your assistant’s connector support and workspace permissions.

PDFs, previews, amounts and document names are processed in your browser. There is no cloud OCR, document upload or advertising in this workspace. Saving a workspace on this device is optional and explicit; it contains documents and edits in browser storage and can be deleted with Delete saved workspace. Downloaded backups are under your control. Browser storage may be cleared by the browser: keep original PDFs or your own backup.

For a purchase, the licensing service receives your verified account identity, an order reference and a fingerprint of the source files. Stripe receives the purchase references and the payment and billing details you enter there. Neither receives document content, receipt amounts, filenames or previews. A support request sends only what you deliberately submit. Do not attach receipts or secret access files unless separately agreed.

Check the total, currency, every original page, final order and numbering position. Unknown amounts are not zero; equal values remain separate receipts. Missing values produce a known subtotal, never a complete total. An unchecked package is a draft, including a separate control sheet in its combined PDF. You explicitly group multi-page receipts and check all their pages before confirming their shared amount.

Unsigned, non-interactive PDFs are supported. PDFs with signatures, forms, annotations or active features are rejected where preservation cannot be ensured. Original files are never overwritten. New PDFs do not preserve document signatures, metadata or bookmarks. Output limits and available device memory can require a smaller package; the full export is tested before Checkout. This tool provides no accounting, tax or legal certification.

The displayed price is the total one-time price per selected source package, with no subscription or mandatory surcharge. The final order is placed using Stripe's clearly labelled payment button, after reviewing the order there. Only a confirmed successful payment unlocks exports. Seven days start at payment confirmation; the exact expiry appears in the workspace. Downloaded files remain usable afterwards.

Within that period, corrections, review completion, sort order and numbering changes for the same source files do not require another purchase. Additional sources belong to another package. If a payment is delayed or your browser closes, restore your purchase from the same verified account. This restores access, not local PDFs. Do not pay twice: contact support for missing access, failed delivery or a refund request. Legitimate claims are reviewed; digital delivery is not a blanket exclusion of refunds.
