How to use it

Changing “Plan A” to “Plan B” identifies removed A and inserted B in character mode. Ignoring case can hide case-only differences without changing either source.

Do ignore options rewrite my text?
No. Comparison keys and original display are kept separate. Insertions and deletions include text markers as well as colour. Very large or complex changes can use an explicitly identified coarser comparison.
