How to use it
- Export a chat from WhatsApp as text, with or without media, then choose its TXT or ZIP file here. You can try a clearly labelled synthetic example first.
- Check the import report. If a date could mean day/month or month/day, choose explicitly. Review uncertain sections and attachment matches.
- Filter the original messages, review the export selection and optional sender pseudonyms, then create a readable PDF. For large chats choose a smaller date range or export part.
03/04/2026 can mean 3 April or March 4. The viewer asks when the export does not disambiguate this. It keeps the original timestamp and does not invent a time zone. Identical timestamps retain their source order.
Details & limits
TXT up to 32 MiB; ZIP up to 64 MiB, 2,000 entries and 128 MiB expanded. Up to 100,000 messages, subject to text limits. Confirm ambiguous dates and senders. PDF excerpts: up to 2,000 records, one million text characters and 20 selected images; choose smaller batches for larger chats. No WhatsApp account access, backup restoration or completeness verification. No chat storage or account synchronization.
Does replacing names make the export anonymous?
No. It replaces participant labels consistently, but the unchanged message text, quotations, photos and filenames can still identify people. Check the preview and selected messages before sharing a PDF. The nameless statistics image excludes participant labels and text excerpts by design. Your chat is not uploaded, saved in browser storage or synchronized with your account. Removing it clears the active view and local preview resources; this is not a claim of physical memory erasure.
