If one copy is reserved, one remains available. A guest manages their own reservation with their personal access link.
Share the guest invitation and keep your personal recovery link private. Anyone with the guest invitation can open that view.
Illustrative example. Fictional example, not an absolute secrecy guarantee: the owner can also use a guest invitation. Wishes and reservations are stored on the server.
How to use it
- Add wishes, variants and quantities. A shop link is optional.
- Keep your private owner link and share the guest link.
- Guests reserve remaining quantities and keep a personal access link to manage their own reservations.
A book from one shop, a scarf from another, and a shared experience without a product link.
Details & limits
200 active wishes within a 700 KB shared-data budget. Prices are entered manually, not checked with shops. Anyone holding the guest link can open the guest view; the surprise is not an absolute secrecy guarantee.
Can the recipient see who reserved a gift?
The owner response does not contain identities, purchase states or private gift notes. A person who also has the guest link can nevertheless see the guest view. Changes to the gift itself require a new version; old reservations are not silently moved.
