    Remaining reimbursement

Company-paid expenses are not paid again.

Keep original receipts and check which expenses your employer approves.

Illustrative example. Synthetic numeric example. Not current data from your business.

How to use it

  1. 1Name the person and reporting period, then choose one currency.
  2. 2Add each expense with date, category, purpose and receipt reference. Distinguish employee payments from company payments and enter any advance.
  3. 3Check the expense and reimbursement totals, then export the report and save a draft if needed.

Example: 120.00 paid personally and 80.00 paid by the company, less a 50.00 advance, leave 70.00 to reimburse to the employee.

Details & limits

Up to 50 expenses in one currency. Manual amounts and receipt references; no receipt upload, exchange rates or tax eligibility assessment.

Does the report approve expenses or replace receipts?

No. It records manually entered expenses and calculates the balance; it does not establish tax deductibility or employer approval. Keep the original receipts and apply your company policy. Company-paid items must not be reimbursed again. A negative balance means the advance exceeds the reimbursable amount.

Separate spending from reimbursement

The cost of a trip or project is not necessarily the amount owed to an employee. Company-paid expenses belong in the overview but must not be reimbursed a second time. Advances reduce the balance. Keep receipt references and the business purpose clear so the person reviewing the report can check the original evidence.
