Pixel ratio includes scaling and zoom; CSS pixels are not a count of physical panel pixels. No flashing or automatic animation is used.

Record your observations and draw short paths in the touch area.
Reset the patterns and review a local support report.

A point visible on a colour field is your observation, not an automatic dead-pixel diagnosis. Compare several static colours.

Details & limits

Manual observations only. Up to 10 simultaneous touch points and 20 paths of 128 points each. Browser pixels and device-pixel ratio do not identify physical panel resolution.

Can this certify colour accuracy or detect every defective pixel?

No. Browser rendering, colour management, scaling and your observations affect the result. This is not a calibrated display measurement.
