How to use it

  1. Choose a requested frame size, then start the camera.
  2. Allow camera access and compare requested and delivered dimensions.
  3. Optionally take a snapshot; the mirror control affects the preview only.
  4. Stop the camera and review the report before copying.

A 1280 × 720 request may deliver another supported size. The result reports the decoded frame dimensions and separately labels the track-reported frame rate.

Explicit camera permission; no microphone. Up to 1920 × 1080 / 60 fps requested, actual delivered settings shown. Snapshot up to 2.07 MP / 10 MiB.

Is the frame rate a measured performance score?

No. It is the browser-reported track setting. It does not establish sustained frame delivery, sharpness or call-app compatibility.

Requested resolution and actual camera settings

Choose a camera and requested picture size, then compare it with the dimensions actually delivered. The displayed frame rate comes from browser settings, not an independent frame-rate measurement. Mirroring changes only the preview; snapshots keep the delivered orientation. Camera access stops when you stop the test, hide the page or reach five minutes. Microphone access is not requested, and meeting-app compatibility is not guaranteed.
