Add names, arrange players on the courts and share the line-up as an image.
Preparing your tool…
How to use it
- Choose a sport, add one name per line and name your courts. Try the fictional example with eight players and Court 3 and Court 4. The example is not saved automatically; choose Keep as a new group to turn it into your own plan.
- Check who is attending. Click a player, then a position, or drag the player. Review automatic suggestions before accepting them.
- Choose Image for WhatsApp, check the actual image and save it. Open WhatsApp and drag the image into your group. Edits save automatically; check the save status before leaving or switching devices.
Ten people and two badminton doubles courts give eight assigned players and two waiting. Six people produce one complete doubles match and two waiting; the second court remains available for manual assignments. Waiting is different from not attending.
Details & limits
Up to 200 people, 16 courts and 50 rounds per match day. Badminton, football, volleyball and basketball. Edits save automatically in this browser. With account synchronization enabled, new signed-in plans also save privately to your account; existing guest plans transfer only after your explicit choice. Account storage: 3 MiB per collection; editable backup: 8 MiB. Check the save status and resolve conflicts before switching devices. Automatic assignments are suggestions, not a guarantee of perfect fairness. No WhatsApp account access or public plan links.
How do I move people, rename courts, keep my group and share it?
Click a person and then the target position; occupied positions offer a visible swap. Court names are editable and stay unchanged when another court is removed. Edits save automatically in this browser, in either language. When signed in and account synchronization is available, new plans also save privately to your account. Existing guest plans are added only when you explicitly choose to import them. Without signing in, plans stay in the browser. Deleting the browser copy turns off local saving; while signed in, account synchronization continues. Offline edits wait locally; synchronization resumes when the connection returns. If versions conflict, choose which to keep rather than silently overwriting one. Account storage is limited to 3 MiB per collection; a local backup can contain up to 8 MiB. Check the account save status before opening another device. Save the generated PNG, then add it to WhatsApp yourself. Copying and native file sharing depend on your browser; opening a share dialog does not confirm that a message was sent.
