How to use it

  1. Enter label texts separated by blank lines.
  2. Set paper, label dimensions, copies and used positions.
  3. Print the 50 mm test square at 100%, then create the label PDF.

Example: Two addresses on an A4 sheet with 63.5 × 38.1 mm labels.

100 labels, 8 lines per label, 10 pages. 6–24 pt embedded print font, unsupported glyphs and overflowing lines blocked. Print at 100%; test square provided.

Why do printed labels shift?

Printer scaling and unprintable margins can move the result. Use actual size / 100%, turn off fit-to-page and measure the test square first.

Make the sheet fit the labels you actually have

Label sheets differ in size, margins and gaps. Enter the measured geometry or use a starting preset, then check it against the actual sheet. Blank lines separate different labels; copies repeat each label and the skip setting avoids already-used positions on the first sheet. Text that does not fit is blocked instead of being silently cut off. Print the calibration square on plain paper before risking adhesive stock.
