How to use it

  1. 1Choose your files or try the synthetic example. Further selections add to the list.
  2. 2Check filenames and remove anything you do not want to include. Resolve duplicate names before proceeding.
  3. 3Create the ZIP. Download it after every included file has been reopened and checked.

Example: Bundle shopping.txt, expenses.csv and sample.bin into files.zip. Their original contents remain unchanged.

Details & limits

1–100 files; 16 MiB per file, 32 MiB total. Portable flat filenames only. Processing stops after 30 seconds. No password protection.

Will ZIP always make my files smaller?

No. JPEGs, videos and other already-compressed files may barely shrink or produce a slightly larger archive. ZIP still keeps selected files together. This tool creates a standard unencrypted ZIP and does not preserve folder structures.

One archive for the files you choose

A ZIP is useful when a handover needs several documents together: a text note, spreadsheet and image can travel as one file. Review the list before creating it. This tool preserves each file’s contents and reopens the generated archive to check filenames, bytes and CRC. It does not encrypt the ZIP, preserve directories or promise that already-compressed files become smaller.
