How to use it
- Choose image requirements, PDF byte limit, or the existing image quality workflow.
- Choose the source or a synthetic example. Review exact bytes and any image constraints. For PDF, explicitly confirm the image-only rebuild.
- Process, then compare the original with the actual encoded preview.
- Download only a passing result; adjust an unreachable target and retry.
200 KB is exactly 200,000 bytes; 200 KiB is 204,800 bytes. A ratio change adds space rather than silently cropping the image.
Details & limits
Images: PNG/JPEG/WebP up to 10 MiB / 20 MP / 8,192 px. PDF: up to 10 MiB / 10 pages, rebuilt as image-only pages after explicit confirmation. No cropping; outputs are reopened and checked.
Can every upload limit be met?
No. The bounded search stops after at most 24 image attempts or six PDF attempts and reports failure if no result satisfies the chosen supported requirements. PDF output loses searchable text, vectors, forms, links, attachments and signatures; all pages remain in their original order and physical dimensions. Encoded results are reopened for verification. Compression can remove fine detail. Pixel exports may change color profiles and metadata.
